Niagara’s office will be moving from Port Colborne (57 Clarence St.) to St. Catharines – (318 Ontario St., Unit 7a, L2R-5L8.) Phone number (905) 397-4201. The move is scheduled for Jan.11,2012. Please note, Cooking with Care and Carers’ Nite Out will commence on Tuesday, January 17, instead of the 10th, due to the move. All other programs will run as scheduled.
